Canola oil is an edible vegetable oil derived from seeds of rape plants that produce oil with less than 2% erucic acid content. It was originally developed in Canada, and its name is believed to be shortened from "Canada Oil Low Acid".
Warning: Flammable. Use only as directed. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents can be harmful or fatal. Do not spray onto heated surfaces or near open flame. Never spray directly into oven. Remove broiler pans from oven before spraying. Contents under pressure. Can may explode if left on stove or near heat source. Do not puncture or incinerate. Avoid spraying in eyes. Do not store at temperatures above 120°F. Keep out of reach of children.
