This product does not contain milk, peanut, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, soy, tree nut or wheat allergens.
Bring 2 cups water or broth to boil in medium pot. Stir in 1 cup quinoa. Cover and simmer over low heat 20-25 minutes, or until tender and liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Makes about 3 cups cooked quinoa.
Store in a cool, dry place.
